McCombs Diversity Council is an initiative of BBA Career Services in the McCombs School of Business that began in the spring of 2004.

The purpose of McCombs Diversity Council is to strive to create an atmosphere that recognizes diversity as a competitive advantage by maximizing our multicultural resources and by building a business school that more accurately reflects the greater global community.

By building long lasting relationships with companies that value diversity in the workplace, McCombs Diversity Council wishes to assist its members to become leaders in the ever-growing global market.
