We are an initiative of BBA Career Services in the McCombs School of Business that began in the spring of 2004.

   The purpose of MDC is to strive to create an atmosphere that recognizes diversity as a competitive advantage by maximizing our multicultural resources and by building a business school that more accurately reflects the greater global community.

   By building long lasting relationships with companies that value diversity in the workplace, we want to help our students become leaders in the constantly-growing global market.
